Le timbre de gauche à 18 roubles nous montre le balbuzard pêcheur (Pandion haliaetus), un rapace diurne piscivore répandu sur toute la planète. Celui de droite présente l'épervier d'Europe (Accipiter nisus). Fréquent en Europe, on le retrouve dans une grande partie de l'Asie et en Afrique du nord.
The 18 rubles stamp on the right features the osprey or sea eagle, a diurnal, fish-eating bird of prey. It is found on all continents, except Antartica. The other stamp depicts an Eurasian sparrowhawk, a small bird of prey found throughout the temperate and sub-tropical parts of the Old World.
