Thanks Juris for this FDC cover dedicated to the history of railway in Latvia. The stamp (date of issue August 5, 2011) shows us a passenger carriage Fenniks. Could anyone tell me anything about this kind of carriage? Thank you!
To complete his sending, Juris has added a 22 lats stamp issued in 2008 for Easter showing an egg in its nest.
