 Aujourd'hui, je vous présente une jolie enveloppe vietnamienne  du 24 Février 2015 affranchie avec 4 timbres différents. Merci à mes parents pour m'avoir conservé ce pli. A noter la grande qualité des oblitérations.

Truong Dinh (1820-1864) was a mandarin. He is best known for leading a guerrilla army in southern Vietnam against the French invasion in defiance of the emperor. He refuse to recognise the 1862 Treaty of Saigon that ceded Vietnamese territory to France.
