Each year since 1999, the French Post issues for Valentine's Day two heart-shaped stamps. This year, the stamps are paying tribute to "Boucheron", a French luxury jewellery housed in Paris, 26 Place Vendôme. To note that the stamps are issued as gummed and self-adhesive issues and a sheet of 5 with the low value.
